Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in original condition
- free of stains, odors, or damage
- returned in original packaging
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at Merch@riseabovepod.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item arrived damaged
- the wrong item was sent
- there was a fulfillment error on our end
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. Shopify notes that refunds are issued back to the customer’s original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- final sale items
- gift cards
- worn or washed items
- items returned outside the return window
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Merch@riseabovepod.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Return address
Returns should only be sent to the return address provided by our team after your return request is approved. Do not send returns to the shipping address on the package unless instructed to do so.
